Where additional expenses are incurred by the photographer due to changes in the original brief by the Client or by circumstances beyond the Photographer's control, the Client agrees to pay such reasonable expenses and/or fees at the Photographer's normal rates.
Only original, faxed or e-mailed orders are accepted. No booking can be made or no contract entered into until the client pays the required booking fee as stated and by doing so it is an understanding that the client fully agrees to our terms and conditions of trading.
Our clients may repudiate any contract at any time by giving written notice via e-mail/fax to Adams Photography. Should I receive notice of cancellation for weddings less than four weeks prior to the appointment and deposit was paid, only 60% of deposit will be given back.
Copyright of the material remains the property of Adams Photography. No Unauthorised use of images will be tolerated.
These are for guideline purposes only. Adams Photography shall not be liable to the Client or any third party for losses arising from delays in completing orders. Please allow for a minimum of 8 Working Days delivery.
Deliveries, when situated outside the Pretoria region, are normally collected by the client. If by arrangement with the Client, that the Photos should be delivered, a minimum fee between R100 - R180 petrol costs will be charged for delivery. Clients situated in the Pretoria region with a transport problem, I will deliver for free. All clients will be notified by telephone when photos are ready. If Wedding was situated outside Gauteng, a postage fee of R250 for reliable courier service delivery of Photos & Photobook/Coffee Table Book.
Adams Photography reserves the right to display any commissioned photograph taken by myself in my portfolio to which I use to advertise my services and products.
The performance of any contract is subject to alteration or cancellation
by Adams Photography owing to any cause beyond my control. In the
unlikely event of total photographic failure or cancellation of any
contract by Adams Photography, I will send a second professional
photographer or you shall be limited to a full refund of all monies
paid. While I take every possible care with digital negatives and
materials, I cannot, however accept responsibility for loss or
damage, consequential or otherwise.
Attendance is guaranteed insofar that weather conditions permit
for safe travelling and the absence of an accident, breakdown,
traffic diversion, hold-up, illness, government order, death in
family, loss of equipment by theft or fire, Act of God or other
casualty or any other unforeseen circumstances. Adams
Photography will not be liable for any injury or damage caused
to property within the premises.
The Client agrees to indemnify and save harmless the Photographer against all liabilities, claims and legal costs arising out of the Client's use of the Photographs.
Travel costs are included in all Wedding Packages. Travel expenses
apply when your wedding is situated outside the Gauteng Region e.g.
Kwa-Zulu Natal, Mpumalanga, Free State. Prices can be asked on request. Any weddings situated in the Northern Cape, Eastern Cape &
Western Cape, the client will be liable for travel expenses such as
return flight air tickets, car hire or reliable car to use and
accommodation. R100 - R180 petrol cost for delivery depending on
distance. All these arrangements should be well organized and
should be booked well in advance to assure the photography services
for your wedding.
Digital Negatives & Digital Media remain the property of Adams Photography and shall be for 5 years from the date of the commission.
Full payment must be received by the Photographer on submission of the photographs or prior. If payment is not received photos will not be handed over. If payment is overdue by 60 days, interest of 10% will be charged to the outstanding monies. Please do take note of this.
All photos taken by Adams Photography have a Protected Copyright on them. Please leave it on the photos property for reference of this company. You also agree that your can be used for Advertising purposes unless discussed with Client to not use the photos anywhere
A booking fee of 50% of the package price is charged when our client
books the wedding. The Deposit of the package price is to be paid no
later than 14 days prior to your wedding day. Failure to comply with the
payment system will invalidate any pre-arranged pricing and the client
will be liable for charges as per the current price list in force at the time of
payment plus any penalties and expenses incurred. Payments, which
become more than sixty days overdue, are liable to a penalty of 10%
surcharge on the outstanding amount. Payment for additional orders,
photographs, and framed portraits is due at the time of ordering.
This
should be discussed with the Photographer. Adams Photography is not
liable for any broken frames after 2 days.
Note: Paying your deposit (Booking Fee) ensures that the date in question will
be held for you and will not be given to another client. It is only when the
deposit is paid for in full are you guaranteed that the Photographer will
attend your wedding. If you have only booked your wedding date for
photography, and have not paid your deposit to ensure attendance of the photographer, your date is still open for other couples to take. All depends
who pays they deposit first.
Adams Photography is limited by the guidelines of the Ceremony
Official or Clergy and the reception site management. The Client
agrees to accept the technical results of their imposition on Adams
Photography. Negotiations with such officials for moderation of guidelines are the Client's responsibility. It is a strict understanding that
Adams Photography is retained as the exclusive official photographer for
the assignment. The Client undertakes that every facility will be granted
to enable the efficient carrying out of the assignment with the minimum
of interruption in a timely manner. At weddings, while amateur
photographers and guests taking photographs are more than welcome,
they must act in a manner which will NOT disrupt the work of the
Photographer of Adams Photography or waste the limited amount of
time that we have at our disposal to complete the assignment.
The Client agrees to cheerful co-operation and communication for
the best possible results within the definition and limitations of the
assignment. Adams Photography is not responsible if key individuals
fail to appear or co-operate during the photography session or for
images missed due to details not revealed to us. We cannot accept
responsibility for substandard quality caused by the Client's failure
to adhere to the Photographer's basic instructions. We recommend
that the Client designates a friend or family member within each
family as guide who will ensure everybody needed for photographs
will be on hand when required. Best Man, Grooms Men, Bridesmaids,
Matrons of Honour should also assist in the organization of group
and family photographs. Furthermore the bridal party must make
themselves available for photographs from the time the Ceremony
finishes until the Bride & Groom sit down to eat at the Reception.
Photographer needs to meet with couple before the wedding to
discuss all
• A 50% deposit will confirm the services
• Balance will be payable when photos are finish in cash or
deposited into Bank account.
• All forms must be completed and signed.
• These Terms & Conditions should be read through for a
good and clear understanding.
